This last week was an exercise in proving Lenin's point in real time. Did you see how the media and all levels of government jumped into action to crush this thing? It was kind of impressive, we don't get to see our institutions function so well these days :amerikkka-clap:
That MSNBC interview Lightfoot did was shameful. Even for MSNBC. It's not even trying to hide that it's the Democratic Party's propaganda arm anymore, it's just banking that none of its viewers care.
Tell me more. I don't want to watch it myself, but I want to hear more about the scab mayor. Someone close to me really likes her because I guess she had a take no shit attitude in her campaign (she just forces everyone else to eat shit).
She does have a take no shit attitude, I'll give her that. Out of all the big city mayors in the U.S., she's the most hardball. Her strategy with CTU was the same as it was with making the city's 2020 budget: Do it my way or go fuck yourself.
The interview itself is what you'd expect. The anchor was on Lightfoot's side and didn't even try to hide it. She kept lobbing Lightfoot softball questions about how much parents must be struggling to keep kids at home and how much kids must miss school. Setting Lightfoot up to look like the school system's savior.
Fuck Union if this is how they negotiate. We need a revolution, bring out the guillotine for the ghouls
