    yep, dht is the hormone primarily responsible for androgenization of the skin. also because more testosterone is available in your system since it's not being converted to dht, more of it gets converted into estradiol. the combination means taking sufficient finasteride/dutasteride probably puts your skin and hair into an estrogen-dominant state. of course, supplementing estrogen will still make your skin even softer but you'll probably notice the shift in your skin, hairline, and body odor.
