There's like 5 of those already and 9/11 still happened
I guess the panopticon gotten more tools but there's already tons of infighting between three letter agencies who have a vested interest in setting up handicapped 14 year olds. Instead of consolidating their power and information under one umbrella, they're willing to cut into their own effectiveness to justify an even larger military budget.
I know right they made the damn Homeland Security department to try to consolidate all the oppression related activities but no one wants to give up (or even share) their toys so it's even more inefficient lol
