Joe Rogan said on his podcast that the first time he ate only meat for 30 days he had more energy and explosive diarrhea. Now he's adding fruit.

I still don't understand where this carnivore diet came from? I don't think humans only ever ate just meat unless there is some history that I never learned about it.

    I had a high-school friend that was always doing some weird diet and got extremely into paleo. He would post these fucking disgusting looking pictures of barely cooked ground beef with raw eggs on top.
