Joe Rogan said on his podcast that the first time he ate only meat for 30 days he had more energy and explosive diarrhea. Now he's adding fruit.

I still don't understand where this carnivore diet came from? I don't think humans only ever ate just meat unless there is some history that I never learned about it.

What in the fuck? Paleo isn't a raw food diet. It's still a bunch of pseudoscience, but it's not that level of bullshit.
