Idk I always heard seed oils were bad for you so I try to use olive mostly, but sesame oil is too good to pass up now and again.
Olive is really bad at high heats, safflower oil works great for frying and I think is supposed to be fairly healthy.
Yeah I don't bake with it. I do fry with the non-virgin stuff when I can.
