Seems like he just doesn't want to do any of this shit, and the game is to say "look at this amazing agenda I have" and then you point at Joe Manchin and go "that mean guy won't let me do it".
Biden showed with Afghanistan he's the "don't give a fuck" guy. That was the one good thing he ever did in his miserable wretched life; now he's using the same attitude to wreck human life on the planet.
Yeah, it was just his turn at the CIA to get the President role given to him to carry out the foreign policy the CIA wants to happen.
