Once again, a reminder that the US Navy blamed the USS Iowa turret explosion on a gay sailor breaking up with his lover and purposefully setting off an explosive device on the ship, killing 47 people. The Navy was forced to retract its findings after a GAO investigation found the explosion was likely due to poor procedure in loading the gun barrel. The US Navy has never apologized to the public for attempting to defer blame using gay panic or the deceased seaman they slandered.

Imagine the person commanding the ship and going: "Yeah it was the :hexbear-gay-pride: " and the other people to the very top all signing of on it like, "Yeah totally something those :hexbear-gay-pride: " would do.

Isn't there this enemy all powerful, everything sabotaging but at the same time without power phrase?
