Can you make out the name and what the school is? I can't.
If you follow the link to the forum, and click on his profile picture, it expands it. If you zoom in from there, the resolution is good enough to read some of it.

There's also the one with his picture, which says Strong-H***** (hard to read) School in Strong, AR.
Finally another ID says Heritage School.
EDIT: Per the Strong, Arkansas wiki page, that's the Strong-Huttig School.

No dates, also looking at it a little closer, the little dialog box that comes up with the profile picture in it (that I have to then click on to go to the profile view that requires a login) actually has just the same size image, zooming in on the profile picture that's visible from the discussion thread should get you the same resolution.

So he's been fired from at least one teaching job, I don't know if he lost his license or if he is currently teaching. I hope the post we're discussing here is the reason that he lost his teaching job, that would make me pretty happy.
I checked the faculty information for Norphlet and for Strong-Huttig, and it doesn't seem like he works at either of those. I couldn't find the faculty page for the Augusta School district in Arkansas, and I couldn't find the heritage School on the internet, the name's not a lot to go on.
since his last tweet from 2018 is about failure to find (presumably teaching) work, so maybe this cat lost one or several teaching positions and has never been able to get back in. What a little tragedy.

Based on his facebook profile, I believe that he is retired. But he taught (teaches?) in Arkansas so I can't imagine they would fire him for this anyway.
It says football coach at Augusta on his FB, and this
