They live and work in the PRC. By their actions or inactions they support the regime effectively. Thus they would bear some responsibility for the PRCs aggressive actions toward Taiwan.
If the PRC is bent on forcefully enslaving 25 million people in Taiwan (assumed in the OP scenario) I find it difficult to be overly concerned about 100 million or so people in the PRC. You sow the wind, you reap the whirlwind.

So he's been fired from at least one teaching job, I don't know if he lost his license or if he is currently teaching. I hope the post we're discussing here is the reason that he lost his teaching job, that would make me pretty happy.
I checked the faculty information for Norphlet and for Strong-Huttig, and it doesn't seem like he works at either of those. I couldn't find the faculty page for the Augusta School district in Arkansas, and I couldn't find the heritage School on the internet, the name's not a lot to go on.

Based on his facebook profile, I believe that he is retired. But he taught (teaches?) in Arkansas so I can't imagine they would fire him for this anyway.
