    Every parent has a right to go a little emotionally "off the rails" when their child is in distress, its totally natural. The difference is like... the indication of maturity. Its what you do with that energy that defines you. There are ways you go about advocating for your child.

    It usually does not involve being threatening, demeaning, dehumanizing, and ultimately assaulting another child.
