"Experiencing intimacy" means nothing if there isn't a consenting human being doing it with you.
What you're suggesting is nothing more than masturbation, which people already do. And we already have a huge problem of people reducing their partners' bodies to a masturbatory aid, and the objectification and devaluation that comes with this.
I’m a transhumanist, I don’t believe in being human in the first place
Fair enough.
I think there's a lot of value in experiencing the physicality, discomfort, exertion, imperfection, non-guaranteed, risky aspect of living. Don't get me wrong, I want to see an end to most illness, the extension of the human body, and the ability to biologically reset our brains so we can live again as if waking from a deep sleep. But I think being an organism, having a body is a good thing. I think that in many ways the search for perfection removes meaningfulness.

I don't know. It's a complicated thing.
How many would be used to help people? How many would be used for people to act out their sick abuse fantasies?

How would a robot be real intimacy?

If it is programmed to consent all the time, is it really consent?
What do we call a kind of sex that you engage in with someone who is categorically subordinate to you?
On a related note, where does the word "robot" come from?

Yeah! A characteristically human function, just without all the messy and unpredictable things that make it human!
Like playing sports, with no physical exertion so disabled people can do it, and with nothing at stake so it doesn't overwhelm anyone.
