      Well, that’s just good policy. We can put government benefits on the blockchain, and make paying rent a transaction on the blockchain. This will make it efficient to target parasitic tenants who don’t pay and withhold benefits

    makes sense to me. bundle the home contracts together by community/region and sell those bundles on the market. then berkshire hathaway buys all bundles for new york, adds a corvee labor clause and soon you are working 30 days out of the year growing tomatoes and cabbage for the undying duke, warren buffett
