Pennsylvania's auditor general finds that $4.2 billion that could have gone toward repairing hundreds of structurally deficient bridges around the state has gone to fund State Police operations.

    Let's see the cops do actual work for once and get to repairing that bridge. Hopefully they don't shoot the asphalt for being black.
