Never heard this one personally. Just that fast food jobs are for dropouts. Employment-related racism usually comes in the form of 'they're all on welfare because they're too lazy to work'
Ehh, depends on the area. Some places you'd be hard pressed to even find enough POC to run a kitchen. Other places that are diverse, POC might be slightly overrepresented in fast food restaurants but it's not such an extreme effect, at least in my experience.
