Sweet potatoes are fuckin awesome wtf. Bake them in the oven til they go super soft and caramelised, if you cook em long enough they literally just become something you can use as a spread or dip. If you cook them for less time they’re great in a salad or something.
these were roasted. soy sauce and red pepper flake have helped exactly 5%
each cube upon consumption immediately transforms into a carpet of mash on my tongue. the incessant sweetness has long since become a fatal, nauseating flaw.

Put some goddamned tahini ranch on those losers and your mouth will have a party.
Bake at 250 for 1.5-2 hours (they should caramelize and deflate a little without being too overdone). Peel skin and serve with an over easy egg on top and a side of lean protein.
I do this for breakfast 2-3 times a week.

I just don't do high carb foods in general anymore. I mainly do lots (like a whole lot) of low carb veggies and then proteins and fats to meet macros.
