The serious ones on the left tend to just call themselves Anarchists, "libertarian" is a coward's choice for western leftists.

A lot of the ones on the right call themselves anarchists, too. But they are not the good kind.

Meh. There are non-anarchist libertarian comrades. For example, council communism is a libertarian tendency. You could maybe say the "cowardly" thing about communalism as it is essentially anarchist in philosophy but Bookchin decided to say it wasn't anarchist because he didn't like the anarchist movement. I tend to just say "philosophical principle is more important than branding or allegiance" though, rather than trying to evoke some kind of moral or whatever judgment about it.

Council Communism is usually described as Left Communism (not in the meaning of the Dengist synonym for "Ultra-Leftist")

I'm pretty sure that they are again not synonyms, but that council communism is a form of (i.e. a subset of) left communism. Lbertarian in any case and not anarchist, which was my point.

No, the opposite. If they were worth their salt they would just call themselves anarchists
