Are they? I'm so divorced from right-wing media, I've lost track. I thought the conflict was entirely domestic now, and Republicans were calling on a war against California or some shit.
I think their reasoning is like that because they (subconsciously?) think Putin helped Trump win.
Trump supporters would be much happier for a war with China instead.
they also just like Putin for his domestic policy, and desperately want someone to do the same thing here. Or, more accurately, they want his repression of the gays, and his presentation in media as a hyper-masculine conservative.
