    I hate the concept of "exercise"; it should be abolished.

    Not the act of using your muscles aerobically or anaerobically, I do that all the time. But the idea that Exercise is a chore or duty that you dedicate some time to because the doctor tells you so.

    Regular people run, bike, swim, lift heavy objects, play sports, or do any number of physically taxing things because they need to or because they enjoy it. I'm running to get somewhere. I'm running because I like to run.

    Depraved freaks engage in "exercise" during their free time, specifically to "get their exercise in". I'm running because it's good exercise.

    Why does everything have to be so fucking performative?
