robespierre is very based, we all basically owe him for cementing the modern idea of republicanism (the king killing kind) into place. Honestly the terror didn't go far enough considering he got couped. His cult of the supreme being shit was an hilarious failure but a valiant attempt to break the power of the damn church, that's probably his biggest fuck up.
