The speaker shows maps of the ethnic/linguistic distribution of Ukraine, as well as shows maps of NATO expansion, talks about deep causes (NATO expansion, EU expansion, and "spreading democracy) and key events (such as the 2008 declaration that Georgia would become a part of NATO), and most importantly, calls the events of 2014 a coup. Very good talk and you will learn a lot as well.

really I showed my old Man and he turned 180 on the Ukraine thing... After all John Mearheimer is not considered an enemy agent .... Literally everything before he considered as Russian Propaganda , but this Lecture has all the LIB-Labels -- University of Chicago - John Mearsheimer - with these Labels on his site he found the curage to once consider the Russian view.. .
Thank you for sharing. It's very informative! His China takes are pretty hot though (apart from his predictions on conflict areas which mostly stayed true)
