    The lockdown for this virus was literally the only thing I've ever seen humanity do to remedy global warming. I think we all remember the spat of stories around the time describing how we could practically hear mother nature singing with relief and joy at the pillow we're smothering her with relaxing for a moment. I really really want to go back to that.

      Yeah, that would be great. But as we can see, it's going to take a much greater crisis than COVID for us to do that. We simply will not put down our big vroom-vroom toys or pay people to stay the fuck home willingly.
