I see the US and China as the big winners. All of Europe is firmly back in the US camp. Countries like Germany that started to improve relations with Russia and China 1-2 decades ago are now as much US-sattelites as during the cold war. Eastern Europe completly relies on the US. Sweden and Finland might join the US camp. Russia will be isolated and look towards China for economic help.
The US is giving up a little on being the global hegemon but their grip on Europe has has tightended and Europe is still an economic powerhouse and a first grade prize. The US gets that prize by only sacrificing Ukrainians which is great for them. The EU however has proven to be really utterly impotent.
