    It’s okay to support America.

    Never.

God I just finished listening to his 4 part series on Tsar Nicholas II and while it was entertaining at times the man can't help doing some both sides bullshit.

Thanks for that. I opted to avoid his takes since the Ben Shapiro reading series on the other podcast.

I get that his whole shtick relies on keeping up the sectarian bullshit and he's not like, :funny-clown-hammer: bad but I just wish he would take the commie pill already.

The anarchist but not libertarian but also not "tankie" shit is getting tired.

Yeah. His foreign policy shit is frustrating but thankfully he's not :funny-clown-hammer: bad.

I really feel for Cody though. Between Robert and Katy, he's clearly getting tired of their takes.

I like Cody, but I feel like while he's definitely better than Robert and Katy I don't know by how much. I think a big part of it is he just doesn't spend as much time on Twitter, and when he does it's mostly making easy dunks, so he can't do anything as embarrassing as Robert

Fair enough. I'm just taking what I'm hearing when he's talking with them in their podcasts. He seems like he wants to say more and he seemed frustrated with Katy's take on rbg. But yeah, maybe we haven't gotten enough of a picture of him.

I swear if there's an actual vanguard party leading a revolution in the US the absurdity of our reality logically concludes with Cody being the leader of any hypothetical red army.

I'm counting the days till he uses the "kind Vladimir Ilyich would have shot everyone here" meme

The only thing that beats a bad imperialism with a gun is a good imperialism with a gun.

I'm not being paid off by weapons manufacturers. No I am not.

Feels like we're back in World War 1. We'll stop those Russians and be home by Christmas!

This is such a fucking brain dead take that completely ignores that this war is directly driven by the US's actions and efforts to undermine Russia's sovereignty. In particular: the US's push to expand NATO eastward to encircle Russia, and the US's 2014 coup in the Ukraine.

Is Russia a cringefail reactionary capitalist state? Yes, of course. However, unilaterally supporting the US and the Ukraine in this case is an awful position to hold legitimately, so I really hope that you're lying and you're actually doing a bit.

no I was just being absurdist, I haven't seen the movie but when I saw this picture I thought of the western image of Rasputin

That's especially funny given the context of his portrayal of Rasputin in the last BtB episode.

I still have no "take" on Bolivia. I will not weigh in on the rumors of coups. I'm not sure where the truth lies.
