I love potatoes, in all the forms that they can be served. Boiled, mashed, fried, broiled, baked, riced, french fried, grilled, steamed, you name it. I love potatoes.
They were first grown in the Andes. That's an interesting fact to go with the mega, I guess. I just like eating them.

potatoes are probably the all time greatest vegetable. easy to grow, grow even in shitty rocky soil, so many methods of preparation, and you can literally survive on potatoes and potatoes alone. GOAT vegetable and i have no idea how eastern hemisphereans survived before the potato
