Yeah, apparently the landlord teaches. Which, unless you're one of the lucky few to teach at a public school, is such a shit job. Private schools try to only pay you for hours "worked", which seems to basically be in-class hours, often look for advanced degrees, and will essentially make you design a curriculum, while expecting you to get paid a bit above minimum wage. Such a shit-show.
