I don't really know how you could definitively state that someone doesn't have ADHD, the symptoms can be so broad and it takes so many forms.
there are I think three types, of adhd. most correlate with dopamine deficientcy . So if given a dopamine agonist and symptoms don't improve there is a different problem to fix.
