I can say with 100% confidence that "fetish urine" fake pee will pass a drug test. I just used some to pass one a couple of weeks ago. The lab techs at the drug test place cant follow you into the bathroom, and they aren't really paid enough to care.
The fake pee comes with a hand warmer and a little thermometer so you can make sure you get it to the right temp. To me, it's a super fun form of disobedience/protest. You mean I can waste around $50 of this companies money on a fraudulent drug test before I even work for them? Sign me up.
