    I guess Cuba technically doesn't count as "neighboring" because there's like 50 miles of ocean but how tf does that not count every other criteria???

      All of those bullet points are so stupid. "Smaller" is especially funny, since the US mostly invades smaller countries and Russia will always have to invade smaller countries by definition, since it is the largest country.

      Remember when the USA invaded Cuba in order to "help" the democratic revolutionaries that were already winning, and then reneged on their promises to support them, stole the entire country in the peace deal, made a military occupation, and then set up a client state with full control over finances and foreign affairs.
