I didn't think I was deceiving myself and nobody has ever called me out on this. I have been 171cm every time I have measured myself for years and years and years, ever since I was a teenager. Now I measure myself again and I find out I'm 165.

Honestly this explains a lot though as for a long time I thought statistics were just fucking with me and everybody in London was between 6'1 and 6'6. I am ready to embrace my new life as a Wolverine.

    Folks do tend to shrink as they get older though too so maybe you were at one point taller. I dunno if you're old enough to be shrinking though

      I feel like 6cm is a LOT to shrink in 15 years, probably whoever I got to help measure me in the past counted my formerly abundant locks of hair and sloped their hands upwards against the tape
