          Everything created in the last 10 years gets quotes. Everything older, even if it makes just as little sense, doesn't need quotes.

    What I like about Kelly is that he draws cartoon parodies over shit that only boomers care about. Like right now I could see a boomer being pissy about Robin from Batman instead of Ukraine.
