How is launching AA missile at plane creative? Creative use of AA missile was when they blown a hole in their building with one, or killed two totally unsuspecting random farmers in Poland.

Actually, now that you've mentioned it, I'm wondering how far are you from the border of Ukraine...

Far enough to not get hit by the rockets, or too near enough to hear the rocket fire? (Regardless of whether it's Russia or Ukraine)

I only see a lot of Ukrainians around, no other visible signs of war. Then again, i could live on the border and still don't see anything, Russia is very careful to not provoke anything so they rarily ever bomb something close to UA-PL border. And i also seen a lot of Ukrainians around before war, just now there are more women and children.

Ukraine has been using their Patriot systems in front-line, almost guerilla like ambush roles, which wasn't expected for such a valuable system. Most countries use them are largely emplaced static defenses for strategic locations. they've brought down not only numerous su-34s, but also an a-50 awacs an IL-22 Airborne Command center over the Black Sea.
