I am inspired by how much thought and reflection folks put in last week! With Valentine's day tomorrow I got a bit caught up making a scavenger hunt and will have the second post out Thursday evening.

i didn't voice train as much as i'd like but i did more than i would have expected!
That's good progress! It's important to pick a small sustainable commitment and build up rather than make some maximalist goal and beat yourself up for being unable to do it. 10 hours this week and nothing for six months is less than a third of doing ten minutes a day, and you probably wouldn't get to ten hours!
Asked my wife to start calling me by the ol she/her.
It doesn't feel right, but the room to explore has been a weight off my shoulders. At the very least, it's been fun
