Well it sure seems like its gonna be difficult after uncritically funneling weapons and funding to these people while never challenging them politically or creating an organized and armed opposition faction to them, but Im sure there is a plan because it seems really short sighted to just go "well at least these arent foreign nazis, we'll figure it out later, they probably wont be a real problem anyways".
