I love those restaurants the lock the bathrooms and print out the access code on receipts.
Why can't urban areas just have public "rest stop" style bathrooms like the interstate system does. Then all the shops can just have private restrooms and not give a damn.
Because that's communism. You sweet summer child. That's why.
That would make the life of homeless people decidedly less difficult and hostile.
