This fella was making Ukrainian far-right apologia and questioning the idea of information warfare existing in my thread about a clear sockpuppet propaganda network. I'm becomin the jonker.

It's great they're already engaged with politics and open to communist ideas.
They don't have to be a well read theoretically grounded Marxist Leninist scholar by the age of 18.
I sure as fuck wasn't and I like to think I turned out alright.

They're an 18 year old NB kid in Calgary Canada. They were recently homeless (they might still be) and just got out of a really bad shelter.
Rhetorically beating good materialist takes on Ukraine into them is not high on the priority list of what we should be doing for this person.
I don't think there is anything productive in engaging with them online. They will either stumble into good materialism or not. They still have 'le Western Civilization', 'fullon communism doesn't work', and 'humans just be greedy' memes floating around in their head. Engaging with them won't work, just ignore and post around them imo.
They replied to me, I didn't seek them out.
