I once had a discussion on :reddit-logo: and the guy was talking about political genocides, and I found that was a funny term and asked him to describe an apolitical genocide then. The guy went and desceibe the massacre of Nanjing as apolitical, he used the official japanese justification to do that. I asked him how all those japanese soldiers got there apolitically, (a vacation?) and he had no answer.
