    Eh. They just kinda slide that in at the end as a mea culpa for changing up the end-game.

    If you go back to the original history of FF7, it was well-received but it was also heavily aborted and trimmed back from what the developers had originally planned. So I'm not surprised the Remake is dusting off the original design guide and stenciling a few new ideas into the margins of the original. But all told, its been about as faithful to the original game as anyone could ask for, while still incorporating a huge interface and graphics improvement.

    All the major plot points get hit, at least within the first disc. A bunch of stuff in later discs is alluded to. My biggest complaint is that they're dragging their feet on the next release while trying to cram in a bunch of Bonus DLC bullshit that isn't even compatible with the system the game was originally released on.
