No, it's a reply whenever someone just titles a post "heh" (or, makes the comment). It's kinda a paragraph long diatribe about "heh" boils down all the maleficence, misogamy, sociopathic characteristics in one word, and that word being "heh". I was just wondering if someone got it from a copypasta or if it was just a great one time reply
