Ah damn, I just saw it for the first time this morning and wanted to share.
once you buy it in a shop, it's an aesthetic. certainly it was more than that: a set of behaviors and rules and a look, born as much from necessity as from conscious choice. but that was some time ago. now it's a character on stage, a wardrobe and a paper background.
