It won't be called a UBI, it will be a "tax refund" for poor folks since we get taxed at the gas pump, taxed when we buy clothes, taxed when we buy groceries, taxed if we own a car or home, etc.
Yes, but it'll be even more baztardized than whatever means tested crap democrats run on. Neither will ever actually happen.
It's possible that there could be a sort of GOP Andrew Yang in the primaries but I don't think it's possible someone like that would be the nominee.
