meowing over the radio is weirdly common lol. If you listen to 121.5 which is the aviation emergency frequency known as "guard" you'll hear pilots meowing followed by old guys getting big mad
When I worked at Amazon as one of the robot janitors there was a guy in the department that would meow into the walkie talkies.
Yeah I read that apparently there's some frequency where the radio is low-key designated for meowing. You tune in and just hear various pilots' meows. Absolutely fascinating stuff.
reading further, apparently the channel is called "guard" and it serves two purposes: meowing and also serious emergencies. it's apparently the one channel that is monitored at all times.
