I once had a fantasy where I bought a boat like this and lived on it. Then I went down to the dock sort of near where I lived and researched typical small boat maintenance. That's when I realized there's a reason why only rich people have boats: keeping these things seaworthy is insane. You'd be better off buying an RV and RVs are made like shit.
sailboats are much easier to maintain, less moving parts and such, until you get big enough and its basically both a sailboat and motorboat then it sucks again.
