When you have snopes writing articles saying it's a lie to say Biden tripped going up the stairs and they say it's a lie because he didn't trip he just caught his foot on the step leading to brief uncontrolled forward momentum it's pretty hard to decipher if they're actually being genuine.
I'm more concerned about his mental grasp than his ability to walk and they are both declining. Compare Biden's speech within the last few months with 2020 campaign speeches, and he had clearly lost ground at that time too. But anyway the twitter account still appears to have pretty shitty politics.

I'm sure he does have shitty politics, the vast overwhelming majority of Americans do.
If he was earnestly talking abaout how good Biden is he would still have shitty politics.
