I was doing random playlists and collections, but I'm curious to know your opinions on soundtracks that are just nice to listen to for work.
Hotline Miami Death Stranding Deus Ex: Human Revolution Mass Effect Trilogy
Those are my go-to choices.
Divinity Original Sin 2 has some good fantasy vibes: https://youtu.be/WBI_cOPTzPU
The Transistor OST, really most of Supergiant's music is a mood, one of their devs also puts together a lot of the tracks. https://youtu.be/41tIUr_ex3g
Surprised no one's recommend StarCraft yet. They're deservedly famous in my opinion
HALO's OST was almost as mindblowing as it's gameplay nigh on 21 years ago.
civ 4 is always a classic but if you catch me any given moment I'm probably listening to something yakuza. Hell, I'm listening to Lyricism without tears as I post this
Minecraft's soundtrack is very relaxing and it has this strange lonely and nostalgic quality. Maybe good for writing
Then on the other side of the spectrum Undertale and Deltarune have really fast and energetic songs. Cleaning to Rude Buster may turn you into an absolute cleaning machine
You can make a hell of a playlist out of the 3 Timesplitters soundtracks
