Biden is definitely running, right?

You ever see the movie Click? I would like to have a remote control and fast forward 20 (?) years so they're all dead....

he's way to old and liberal to seriously support for president and obviously won't win, but it would be good for another year or so of agitation. People like Bernie and he's not so niche that you seem like a crank for supporting him. I hope he does run.

It's lots of great agitprop for showing how the dems don't give a fuck about us, but it's also pretty demoralizing.

Bernie reminds me of leftist politicians who've been running for president since the 90's and gets around five percent of the total votes every time. They've become such a constant that you have multiple generations making the same joke of "they're STILL running?"

I remember reading a newspaper column, maybe by Herb Safire, about one of those. He had run for state legislature for decades and never gotten any traction. Well one year the longtime incumbent up and died, and it was too late to get a new candidate on the ballot. He had name recognition up the wazoo, and sure enough he won the election.

Once in office he was highly unpopular among the other legislators because he actually tried to be honest and do what he always said he was going to do in his campaign ads. He made little headway. He served one term and was defeated.

The thing is we've had actual leftists do that, and fucking win eventually cause they built something and didn't compromise. Allende was a constant in elections, never doing very well, until he became the most dangerous man to the USA

I chuckled. The headline is a blast from the past. Was hilarious watching all the :cope: back then.

One of the best moments I ever had was hate-watching the Jimmy Dore episode where he realized that he'd been had and that Bernie was a fraud all along.

We just have to smash all the politician squares into the top right cornerof the board, and eventually we'll get to 2048 and that's when communism happens.

You ask a fellow commuter about recent events. You ask about unemployment. You ask about financial collapse, the pandemic, austerity, the wars in Eastern Europe, and the possibility of inter-imperial conflict. He smiles wisely, and says, “Those are all things of the past now, comrade.” He speaks with a thick Brooklyn accent. His wispy-white hair makes him look like a mad scientist. His knitted mittens seem anachronistic in this future era. It is then that you realize who he is.

    It’s Bernard.

You begin to sob as you feel a burden lift from your body. A weight disappears that you didn’t even know was there. Bernie places a paternal hand on your shoulder, and as he draws you into a loving embrace, he says, “I told you electoralism would work, comrade.”
