This reminds me of another post from there that was like "What if the US didn't manifest destiny?" and it was just a US that was two-thirds as big. Wow I wonder how they got that territory...

If I were doing settler colonialism, I'd just simply do it without the racism. I am sure we could just rule the non-whites peacefully and respectfully if we ask them to submit nicely.

You're implicitly describing an Afro-Futurist Soviet Union but if you follow this to its ultimate conclusion your weirabo friends won't let you in the club anymore.

Also very bizarre that you've decided to unify South Africa but leave off Angola, Madagascar, Zambia, and the Congo.

this reminded me I'm annoyed at Victoria 3 because I was playing as Rwanda and united the area around lake victoria and was all set to start colonizing and beat the british to east africa BUTTTTT

I can colonize Tanganyika just fine, but north and east of me? Sorry sweaty, that's not your HOMELAND so the MALARIA THERE gives you 90% reduced colonization

it's so fucking goddamn stupid like the malaria on the other side of the lake is gonna be TOO MUCH unlike the malaria at home

The way his administration is being consumed by foreign entanglements that the base of his party hates is a LOT like LBJ actually

non-racist non-colonial white south africans would literally be like a town or neighborhood of a town on the cape, why would they feel the need to spread out and subjugate beyond organizing a provisioning station for passing ships?
