in 5 years Netflix won't exist, but the idiom "Netflix and chill" will persist.
RIP, company run into the ground by clowns
gone but never forgotten
Xerox didn't run themselves aground doing stupid shit though, everyone just ripped off their products
I mean the only reason Netflix was good was because there was no others with exclusive shows
I know it's cringe to root for a company but netflix is the first and only streaming service I tried and I liked it. I like some of their shows and it's made my life more convenient. If they go down I'm back pirating everything, not just the stuff netflix doesn't have. It was cheap and nice and I'll miss it.
i kinda feel the same way, but they're turning up prices and are about to introduce commercials (lol) so there's no way i'm ever paying for netflix again
I'd be shocked if they didn't implement "Please turn off your ad block to continue using our service." when you already can't use a VPN.
Fmovies dot to if you need streaming content. Hella popups but the content is good
"We're the tech company that's breaking with traditional television networks! We're giving artists a platform free from the meddling of profit-drunk executives!"
:stonks-down:
"Animation is for babies, you're all fired, and you can't get mad at me because I didn't want to do this. The Line made me!"
I bet Netflix will go through a Sicko phase.
Nazi Aliens: The Uncovered Truth, a Netflix Documentary Series
When I first heard the news I'm tempted to try buying some Netflix stock with extra money I have at the moment (like :marx-goth: intended), but after hearing the animation news I think the funny squiggly line will just keep going down.
Netflix is famous for paying just cash only, but well above any competitors total comp to their engineering staff.
It's pretty hilarious to watch the bean counters' responses, which can all be summed up as, "remove the things that make us different and increase prices".
Whoa, graphs go up and down based on projections and earnings? My sixth-grade self is blown away!
