Outrageous that basically ALL of the buildings need to be placed roadside. Why the fuck are pedestrian paths not enough, and I need to put a park on a road? At least there are mods that have zoneable pedestrian paths, and TM:PE allows you to restrict traffic to just emergency vehicles. Sucks for console players, though.

Edit: also, the lack of small train stations in the vanilla game is unforgivable. The only one available is like a damn city block, did the developers never ride a train through an urban area before? The fancier ones are basically big sheds with a couple bathrooms and a ticket kiosk.
