If they're trying to go for the Dyson shell as pictured, probably not. Those things have quite an array of technical issues that are probably not resolvable.
Now, a Dyson bubble made of statites? That's much more realistic. Or perhaps a Dyson swarm of statites, with space between them so as to avoid eliminating the star's bow shock and heliosphere.
